All donations made to Empowered Birmingham Inc are voluntary and tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. We are a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.

Due to the charitable nature of our organization, donations are generally non-refundable. If you believe an error has been made in your donation, please contact us at info@birmingham.org within 30 days of the donation date.

If you elect to make recurring donations, you authorize us to charge your payment method on the recurring basis you select. You may cancel recurring donations at any time by contacting us at info@birmingham.org.
